FAQ

1. What materials are the collars made of?

Collars are made with Beta Biothane and high end European crystals. Nickel, Stainless Steel, Coated Steel and Solid Brass are used for settings and hardware.

2. How are items shipped?

Shipping is free across the website. I ship collars with insurance and tracking to most locations by default. You will receive your tracking number via email once your items are shipped.

3. How do you set crystals?
Crystals are adhered onto the biothane, and covered with a metal rim setting that has prongs. These go through the biothane and fold over on the back, creating a smooth surface that does not catch fur.
4. What happens after I place an order?

Your order is placed in line, and I may contact you if there is need for additional clarification. Once your turn is up, I put together the item layout and send you photos for approval, and changes can be made at this point. When the design is approved, the collar gets set and finished, then photographed and shipped. I always strive to get colour-accurate representation when I send you photos, so you have the best possible idea of what you are getting and can bring up any concerns. No cats in bags! You will receive a tracking number once it is shipped. Then, once you receive your collar, I hope you enjoy it!

5. Can my collars go in the ocean?

In most cases, yes! The only items of concern are whether your collar has any colour-changing crystals. These effects are produced via special coatings that will be damaged by saltwater. If this is a factor we can work around this at the design stage. Saltwater pools, such as those used for dock diving, are safe and will not damage even the colour-changing crystals.

6. What if something breaks?

I will fix anything and everything possible for the lifetime of the business.
